    • 2008-2010: Site Director of Foxconn Juarez (the largest electronics site in the Americas) -- Achieved the award for highest quality in the division and returned the division to profitability.
    • 1985-2001: Held various operational and production management postings in General Motors and Chrysler, including paint director, paint shop manager, assembly shop manager, and plant manager. 
    • Chair of the Manufacturing Forum in the European Chamber, South China. As such he participates in monthly GM meetings, which tend to focus on current hot topics that impact the manufacturing sector.

    Our Story

    Founded in 2012, CMC includes a team of more than 20 full-time manufacturing consultants, with backgrounds in a wide range of manufacturing types, including, but not limited to, automotive, electronics, textiles, industrial machinery, and furniture. 
    Our Consulting Directors are veteran overseas & manufacturing experts who have set up manufacturing and service facilities from scratch, each have more than 25 years of experience in lean and six-sigma, and keenly aware not only of successful management and leadership techniques, but specifically how to implement them in China. Many of them are even fluent in Chinese. Our Process Engineers, Product Specialists and other Consultants have been recruited from organizations that are known for their excellent internal training programs, such as Honeywell, GE, and major auto manufacturers, and each have at least 10 years experience driving change in Chinese organizations.

    As an organization our mission is to work as the facilitators of lasting change in Chinese companies, allowing firms to streamline their operations, reduce waste, and generally become more efficient and profitable.
