Founded in 2012, CMC includes a team of more than 20 full-time manufacturing consultants, with backgrounds in a wide range of manufacturing types, including, but not limited to, automotive, electronics, textiles, industrial machinery, and furniture.
Our Consulting Directors are veteran overseas & manufacturing experts who have set up manufacturing and service facilities from scratch, each have more than 25 years of experience in lean and six-sigma, and keenly aware not only of successful management and leadership techniques, but specifically how to implement them in China. Many of them are even fluent in Chinese. Our Process Engineers, Product Specialists, and other Consultants have been recruited from organizations that are known for their excellent internal training programs, such as Honeywell, GE, and major auto manufacturers, and each has at least 10 years of experience driving change in Chinese organizations.
