Our Consulting Directors are veteran overseas & manufacturing experts who have set up manufacturing and service facilities from scratch—each with more than 25 years of experience in lean and six-sigma. They are keenly aware not only of successful management and leadership techniques, but specifically how to implement them in China.

David joined MTG/CMC in 2017 and become CEO 2021. He led the creation of MTG Global, multi-country consultant firm sprang from CMC. He has worked in the United States, China, Vietnam, the UAE, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He has developed robust and dynamic organization and programs for government, private companies, and NGOs. David is an Iraq and Afghanistan War veteran.

With over 15 years of experience in China and experience in various industries (from electronics to eyewear and textiles), Renaud is an expert in the architecture of management systems, quality improvement, and product development. He is a certified ISO 9001 & 14001 Lead Auditor and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer & Reliability Engineer. Author of a well-read blog.
Managing Director
Cindy has strong experience in lean manufacturing, cost control, implementation of management systems, automation projects. With 20 years experience in these fields, Cindy has strong expertise in team setup, culture setup, cost control etc. Previous General Manager of a large factory. Expert in ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
Consultant
Hank has been a consultant for more than 6 years on lean manufacturing with rich experience in 5S, TPM, equipment renovation, productivity improvement, and energy saving. Hank has a strong electrical and automation background, and also worked as electrical safety manager, maintenance manager, and senior electrical design engineer. He conducted projects in different kinds of factories and understands various production processes. Hank is good at training and coaching, data collection and analysis, processes improvement, maintenance management.

William Yin is a consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and management in international companies. He is especially familiar with plastic, metal, tooling, machining, electronics, and food. William has strong technical experience in setting up new factories, building quality systems and driving quality improvement, process and efficiency gains, cost down, equipment maintenance, and so on. William is quite familiar with lean and six sigma. William has run many successful projects as a consultant.

With over 12 years in the manufacturing industry, Alex has strong experience improving efficiency, reducing down time, and saving cost. He has assisted new product launches through feasibility studies, tool reviews, and instructions for process setup & operation. He is also an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 system specialist.

Sail’s 15 years of material requirements & production planning experience has provided him with strong overall knowledge of SAP's PP and MM modules. And he can use this experience with other ERP systems. With his extensive knowledge in these fields, he helps CMC with inventory control, monitoring of suppliers’ plannings, material waste analysis, and corrective actions.

With his extensive knowledge in driving change and lean manufacturing transformations, he has significantly helped CMC drive strong results. He also helps stabilize operations and set standards through team engagement, with tools such as 5S, PFMEA, and control plans. He is familiar with ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, and HACCP.
Senior Accounting Manager
Lisa has 8 years of accounting experience, carrying out daily accounting, preparation of tax returns, inventory of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods. She has full working knowledge of several local ERPs including Kingdee. She helped review financial information of a number of manufacturing firms.
